NOTICE: As of August 29, 2025 duties must be paid by the sender before items can be mailed to the United States. The duties must be prepaid and proof must be presented to Canada Post prior to mailing. The added import tax will be unknown until photos, a description and selling prices are submitted to U.S. Customs. This tariff tax must be prepaid and then added to the cost to the purchaser. Virus has had Vancouver school computers down for three weeks - so far

An online student forum by Point Grey secondary students identified the virus as Win32.Krap.b trojan, a bug that affects mostly Windows operating systems, shutting down computers as soon as users try to start them.

MacDonald said the school's Parent Advisory Council had paid for a computer lab with Macintosh machines, which haven't been affected.
