Move All Your Stuff to a New Mac -- Quick - From Scott Kelby’s “Mac OS X Tiger Killer Tips”
Now, when it’s time to make the “big move,” just connect the two Macs with a FireWire cable, then go to your new Mac and look inside the Applications folder, then go to the Utilities folder, where you’ll find an application called Migration Assistant. Double-click on it and since it’s an assistant, it will lead you through a series of screens with questions about what you want to do.

Lack of Mac malware baffles experts
By Shaun Nichols in California, vnunet.com
Apple's Mac OS X remains almost completely free of any sort of malware threat despite several years of availability, a significant market share, and even an entire month dedicated to pointing out its flaws.
And security experts are not exactly sure why. In an article for the McAfee Avert Labs blog, security researcher Marius van Oers pointed out that Mac malware is 'pretty much non-existent at the moment'.
The researcher said that out of 236,000 known pieces of malicious software, only seven affect Mac OS X.

Apple’s Mac OS X Leopard and the Vista-compatibility delay myth
MacDailyNews Saturday, March 24, 2007
'When is Apple's new Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard arriving? The rumor mill has lately consumed itself with reporting a flurry of dates,' Daniel Eran writes for RoughlyDrafted. 'Most recently, it has invented the absurd idea the Leopard is hung up on Vista compatibility. Why make crazy stuff up when the truth is so much simpler?'

Wired News: Photoshopped
Adobe Tackles Photo Forgeries - Among other things, Adobe is developing a tool that will detect the use of the copying tool known as the 'clone stamp.' The tool will identify when two areas in a photo are 'impossibly similar,' Story said.
Re-imaging History - A picture is worth a thousand words, and Photoshop and similar tools have made it easier than ever to make those words fib. But while computers enable easier and better photo manipulation, it is hardly a new phenomenon. Here is a sampling of some of the more famous altered photographs from the last century.
