NOTICE: As of August 29, 2025 duties must be paid by the sender before items can be mailed to the United States. The duties must be prepaid and proof must be presented to Canada Post prior to mailing. The added import tax will be unknown until photos, a description and selling prices are submitted to U.S. Customs. This tariff tax must be prepaid and then added to the cost to the purchaser. Old Hard Drive…No Enclosure… No Problem

Newer Technology recently accounced their Universal Drive Adapter which allows old hard drives to be accessed without an enclosure. The adapter is simply a cable with a USB connection at one end, and IDE/ATA/ATAPI 40 pin or Serial-ATA terminals at the other end. Those terminals allow the adapter to interface with a wide range of 2.5″, 3.5″, or 5.25″ hard drives or optical drives including those found in laptop and desktop computers.
