NOTICE: As of August 29, 2025 duties must be paid by the sender before items can be mailed to the United States. The duties must be prepaid and proof must be presented to Canada Post prior to mailing. The added import tax will be unknown until photos, a description and selling prices are submitted to U.S. Customs. This tariff tax must be prepaid and then added to the cost to the purchaser. Apple and Cisco Reach iPhone Agreement

Both parties entered into settlement talks quickly. The agreement announced on 21-Feb-07 states that both parties recognize trademark rights that have been granted, and both can use the iPhone trademark on their products worldwide. Both Apple and Cisco will dismiss all legal actions against each other, and will work on interoperability, without any specific agreements.
