O'Reilly ONLamp Blog
"After reading one of my favorite blogs this morning, it got me thinking about the Zen of Mac. In the article that I linked to, Shannon mentioned that one of his hangups is not using OS X because it isn’t Open Source. The topic of smart people with hangups is very interesting actually and I would love to talk even further about it, but I am going to talk specifically about the Zen of Mac in this post."

Review of the New 24" iMac
Barkings! The Small Dog Apple Blog

"My review in a sentence: The new iMac is simply the best Mac I’ve ever used at any price; with its bundled software and premium components, it’s also an incredible value."

Dockables 1.0.5
Macworld: Mac Gems - freeware
"Dockables is just a set of one-trick-pony applications, each of which performs a simple task. In fact, each program is, at its heart, a basic AppleScript, so anyone with enough AppleScript knowledge could create a similar set of apps on their own. What makes Dockables interesting is how the developer has packaged them -- and how you can take advantage of them."

Saved or not?
A New Mac Tip Every Day
"This is something that isn't well known but it is so useful. When you have a document loaded in any Mac application, you can quickly see if it is saved or not. The red button used to close a window has more use than it looks at first. It actually has a dark red dot in the middle when a document is not saved and a lighter red when it is. In an application that the save feature doesn't apply, it is always the lighter red color."
