It is a size XL Lofteeze brand Fruit of the Loom made of 100% preshrunk cotton. It is a high quality heavy cotton shirt made in the USA. The original owner acquired it at the August 1996 Boston MacWorld. The next year Steve Jobs returned to Apple and immediately cancelled the clone programs and bought out Power Computing.
