APPLE iPad 4x6 ft Bus Shelter Posters

2 iPad posters: these are 4 foot wide by 6 foot tall bus shelter posters advertising the launch of the Apple iPad. They are uv-treated, double sided, in brand new condition and printed on a heavy coated thick and durable material.

Posters of this size of such high quality are hard to find and were never available outside of a few major US cities. They are backlit posters that were displayed last summer mainly in LA bus shelters and select movie theaters. The double-sided printing gives an extremely life-like look to the poster when light is placed behind it. They were printed in limited numbers, which makes them rare and hard to get as most are destroyed after use and are not available otherwise. These two highly collectible Apple iPod posters are priced at $120 for the set with shipping at cost. You may buy either one at $75 for local pickup in Nelson BC as only one of the 4' mailing tubes is on hand - I'd rather the set not be broken up for mailing. To inquire contact Dave via kootenaymac.tel

a set of iPad2 posters is also available - click the iPad label below - another set of the iPad2 posters are available but they were bent on one side in mailing and are $60/set - photos here

DILBERT at 1 Infinite Loop Cupertino California Animation Cel

DILBERT at APPLE Computer Headquarters Animation Production Art Cel from the 1999 Season of the Dilbert TV Cartoon show. Frank Kozik "Publish or Perish" 1996 Power Computing Seybold poster

"You can take my Mac when you pry my cold dead fingers off the mouse!"

This poster is a very rare and collectible silk screened original print by the famous rock poster artist Frank Kozik. He did a series of prints for the Power Computing company that were part of their guerrilla marketing campaign to "fight back for the Mac" in 1996 and 1997.

The original owner had this to say about the poster: "As you can see this is the one with the girl and the gun and an American flag uttering the greatest line in Mac history! I picked up this one at the P-C booth at the show, it was a very cool and defiant giveaway from the "darkest days" of Apple, some say these were the spark that brought them back from the brink."

"The poster is printed on very heavy paper stock, and is in perfect display condition. I carried it around all day at the show, so it has a little surface grime on the back of the print, but the front is in perfect condition. It was printed on a paper that was not acid free, so it has started to turn a very slight shade of off white (I'm a comic geek, so I notice these things) this has no effect on the printed side. It has been in a tube for the past 14 years so the colors are vibrant and crisp...no fading. It is 20"x30" and will frame up beautifully, and look as good as the day it was printed."

The poster (shown above in photo taken March 2011 - click it for full size photo) is now in a plastic frame in a room with no direct sunlight and can be picked up in Nelson BC or returned to the cardboard tube and mailed worldwide insured. It is priced for the collector at $345 plus postage.

For other Power Computing collectibles including the companion T-shirt, click the label below.
