Make a Bootable Mac OS X 10.7 Lion Installer from a USB Flash Drive

Tips & Tricks - OSXDaily

Apple 17" CRT Studio Display Monitor

For sale is an Apple 17" Studio Display CRT flat screen monitor in excellent working condition with original box and packing. Maximum resolution is 1600 x 1200, making it perfect for digital media designers. It has 2 built in USB ports and the Apple ADC connector is powered directly from the G4 tower. A push of the monitor power button fires up the tower as well.

The clear acrylic swivel base has a crack in it (but it still supports the monitor) and a replacement base is on hand. Shipping cost to bring this 66 pound monitor to Nelson from Burnaby was $50, so it is priced at $75 plus $35 for the replacement base (if wanted). Click image for a side view - it is a fairly large and heavy unit but worth it for the resolution and clarity. It is set up to view and is also available as a complete package with a choice of several G4 towers. Call Dave at (1)250.354.4633 in Nelson to inquire.

Apple iPad2 4x6 ft bus shelter posters

2 iPad2 posters: these are 4 foot wide by 6 foot tall bus shelter posters announcing the launch of the Apple iPad2 in black and white. They are uv-treated, double sided and are printed on a heavy coated thick and durable material. They may have a bit of edge wear but both are in very good condition overall.

Posters of this size of such high quality are hard to find and were never available outside of a few major US cities. They are backlit posters that were displayed this spring mainly in LA bus shelters and select movie theaters. The double-sided printing gives an extremely life-like look to the poster when light is placed behind it. They were printed in limited numbers, which makes them rare and hard to get as most are destroyed after use and are not available otherwise. These two highly collectible Apple iPod2 posters are priced at $150 for the set with shipping at cost. To inquire contact Dave via kootenaymac.tel

a set of iPad1 posters is also available - click the iPad label below - another set of the iPad2 posters are available but they were bent on one side in mailing and are $60/set - photos here
